Services for Ruby Lee Allen, 73, of Linden, Texas will be 12:00 noon Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Linden, Texas under the direction of Lewis & Walker Funeral Home of Jefferson, Texas and burial will be held afterwards at Plesant Hill Cemetery in Linden, Texas.
Ruby Lee Allen age 73 of Linden, Texas passed away in her home on April 10,2023.
Ruby was born April 8,1950 in Linden to James Raymond & Mary Anna Allen. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist church of Linden, Texas.
Ruby was proceeded in death by her Father and Mother. Her playful and fun loving memory will be cherished by her brothers James C. Allen and Raymond J. Allen, son Matthew Heard, and daughter’s Angela (Martin) Godwin , Lavera Heard ; as well as her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Ruby was born April 8, 1950 and transitioned April 10, 2023 at home surrounded by beloved friends and family.
Mrs. Allen was 73 years old.
