Funeral services for Raquel Shunta Hiner will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Jefferson Junior High School Auditorium.  Burial will follow at Kellyville Cemetery, under the direction of Lewis & Walker Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Raquel will lie in state from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. Friday afternoon at the funeral home.  Ms. Hiner was born May 17, 1994 and passed away June 3, 2017.
