OUR MATRIARCH, OUR LEGACY, OUR GREATEST LOSS
NELL MARIE BELL
Our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother and Sister was a true Matriarch in every sense of the word. She was the epitome of love, strength, and kindness.
She was respected by all who knew her. She was a giver, not just things but of knowledge, wisdom and advise. She was our lifeline, sacrificing and often burdening herself to unburden others, especially her family.
She was a provider which led to her becoming an entrepreneur in her own right. She used her passion for barbecuing and fishing, selling sandwiches on what we all know as “the corner” to generate enough revenue to open an actual building for the community to come out to eat, drink, and dance the night away.
She moved in Grace, carried herself with dignity. A remarkable woman. A woman every family needed, and every community deserved.
