Nathaniel Washington, Jr.

Nathaniel Washington, Jr. was born on June 9, 1961, in Houston, TX to the late Nathaniel Washington, Sr. and Ludie Beatrice Washington.

Known to many as "June Bug", Nathaniel was baptized at an early age at Berean Baptist Chruch.  He graduated from Jefferson High School and served honorably in the Army National Guard.

Nathaniel departed this life on January 3, 2025.  He was preceded in death by his parents (Nathaniel Washington, Sr. and Ludie Beatrice Washington), siblings: Sharon Roberson, Margaret Ann Washington, and Kelvin "Chubby" Washington.

He leaves to cherish his memory his partner: Cathy Guerrero; two daughters: Kanidra McGill and Braylee White; two sisters: Annie Hall of Dallas, TX, Anita Perry (Carlos) of Houston, TX; two brothers: Jeffrey Washington of Jefferson, TX, and Michael Norman (Latanya) of Houston, TX; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services:

12:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Berean Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Lewis Chapel Cemetery in Lodi, Texas.

Mr. Washington was born June9, 1961 and transitioned January 3, 2025 in Dallas, Texas.

Nathaniel was 63 years old.
