Earnest Ray Smith

 
Earnest Ray Smith was born September 16, 1952 to will and Annie sue smith in Jefferson, Texas. At an early age he accepted Christ at Berean Baptist Church. He attended Central High School and he was employed at Blackburn Syrup Works, Richardson Brothers, The Hamptons, and he was also a landscaper. 
Earnest was proceeded In death by his parents Will and Anna Sue Smith, brother Eddie Lee Smith, Sisters Vera Mae Smith and Willie Jean Young, and one grandson: Antinio Smith. 
He leaves to cherish his memories, Daughters: LaTosha Edwards (Ronnie), and Jackie Smith, one son Frank Nelson, two brothers; Willie John Smith and James Earl Smith, sisters: Lennie Anna Alexander, Edna Mae Smith, Louise Hines (Charlie Sr.) and Betty Smith (Clay Borne). One uncle Otis Smith, Five grandsons: Car'Vante Walker, Le'Aundre Walker, Jac'Quez Walker, Kevin Smith, Chris Smith, and a host of nephews nieces, cousins, and friends. 
 
 

Services for Mr. Earnest Ray Smith, 69, of Fort Worth, Texas will be held 11:00am Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the Jefferson Community Center and burial will follow at Pope City Baptist Church Cemetery in Woodlawn, Texas under the direction of Lewis & Walker Funeral Home of Jefferson, Texas.

Earnest was born September 16, 1952 and transitioned on March 29, 2022. Earnest was 69 years old.
