Mrs. Donnie Mae Noiel Figures Stevenson was born August 9, 1922 in Karnack, Texas to the late Dillard and Rosiana Boleware Noeil. She dedicated her life to Jehovah and became a Jehovah's Witness July 24, 1954. She graduated from Central High School in Jefferson, Texas in 1941. Mrs. Donnie Mae worked for the only Black Hospital here in Jefferson, Texas for Dr. Douglas for 6 years. She then, attended Valerie Hurds Beauty College in Marshall, Texas. After graduating from Beauty College, she opened her own Beauty Shop in Jefferson, known to all as Figures Beauty Salon. She perused her passion until she retired at the age of 80.
Services for Mrs. Donnie Mae Stevenson, 99, of Jefferson, Texas will be at 10:00am Saturday, April 16, 2022 at the Jefferson Community Center wit burial following at Cedar Grove Cemetery under the direction of Lewis & Walker Funeral Home of Jefferson, Texas.
Mrs. Donnie Mae was born August 09, 2022 and transitioned April 09, 2022
Mrs. Stevenson was 99 years old.
