Bettie Ann (Jordan) Wilson

Bettie Ann Jordan Wilson was born on February 19, 1937, in Lodi, Texas, to Mack and Seberia Jordan. In 1956, she moved to Los Angeles, where she built a fulfilling career at McDonnell Douglas and earned a master’s degree in business. Bettie was known for her dedication, strength, and love for her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mack and Seberia Jordan; two brothers, M.H. Jordan and Mack Jordan, Jr.; two sisters, Orelia Jordan and Addie Smith; and her cherished granddaughter, Courtney Jordan.

Bettie leaves behind a legacy of love through her family. She is survived by her three sons: Ricky Jordan of Lodi, Texas; John Bussey (Celeste) of Springfield, Missouri; and Stacy Dacus of Longview, Texas. She is also remembered by her stepson, Charles Wilson, Jr. of Chandler, Arizona, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Bettie’s kindness, resilience, and unwavering love will be missed by all who had the privilege to know her.

Funeral services for Bettie Ann Wilson, 87, of Chandler, Arizona will be 11:00am Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Watts Chapel Church in Lodi, Texas and burial will follow at Whitaker Memorial Cemetery in Lodi, Texas. 

Bettie was born February 19, 1937, and transitioned September 3, 2024, in Chandler, Arizona.

Mrs. Wilson was 87 years old.
