Mr. Archie Lee Wagoner was born in Jefferson, Texas to Charley and Lovie Wagoner. He attended public school in Jefferson. He joined the army at the age of 16 and after returning home he worked for the city of Jefferson and also worked as a plumber. He married Erma Figures Wagoner who proceeded him in death.
He was also proceeded in death by his parents, 3 sisters: Catherine Cooper and Addie Wagoner and Mable Smith, 3 brothers: Arthur Wagoner, Edgar Wagoner and Edward Wagoner. He leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Archie L. Wagoner, 96, of Jefferson, Texas will be held 10:00am Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Lewis & Walker Funeral Home.
Mr. Wagoner was born March 23, 1926, and transitioned December 24, 2022, in Shreveport, LA at Overton Brook Veterans Memorial Hospital.
